These terms describe the current HARIKOS service and the responsibilities that come with using it.
LAST UPDATED / SEPTEMBER 30, 2026HARIKOS provides authenticated software for connecting authorized GitHub repositories, scanning selected project files, and presenting derived Truth, Evidence, Changes, Memory, Context, and agent activity. Features depend on the current product, your account state, and available integrations.
Sign in with a supported identity provider and keep your account access secure. GitHub sign-in and authorization of the HARIKOS GitHub App are separate. Connect only repositories and accounts you are allowed to access. You can revoke the GitHub App installation in GitHub and revoke agent connections in HARIKOS.
You remain responsible for the repositories, instructions, task text, and other material you submit or make available, including having the rights and permissions needed to do so. HARIKOS processes selected repository information to provide the service. Review generated or derived information before relying on it; it can be incomplete, stale, or wrong and is not a substitute for your own review.
Do not use HARIKOS to access another person's data without authority, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, submit secrets you do not need to process, distribute malware, or violate law or third-party rights. Do not treat an agent's statement as verified project Truth without supporting evidence.
HARIKOS Free Beta is available with published usage limits and does not require a payment card. Pro is a future plan and new checkout is not offered from the current product experience. Existing subscriptions, if any, remain governed by their provider-confirmed status. Details about existing cancellations and refund requests are on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page.
HARIKOS is under active development. Features, integrations, and availability may change, and configuration or provider outages can make parts of the service unavailable. The service does not promise uninterrupted operation or that derived project information will be error-free.
